In 2009, Ihor Khodak founded a woodworking enterprise with more than 700 employees. The company's products are exported to more than 20 countries of the world, the company is among the three largest woodworking enterprises in Ukraine, production is certified and is waste-free.

In 2017, Ihor Khodak was awarded the distinction at the national contest “Charitable Ukraine-2017”. Vivad 09 Ltd. won the first place in the “Philanthropist: Company - Medium Business” nomination. The head of the company received an award in the category "Civil Charity" and received the title of "Angel of Good."

From 2015 Ihor Khodak is a member of the Standing Commission of the Zhytomyr Regional Council on Ecology, Environmental Protection and Natural Resources, which activities are aimed at implementing the state policy of Ukraine in the field of environmental protection, the use of natural and economic features of the region.
